Flame Bird 2009 Sauvignon Blanc

Flame Bird Sauvignon Blanc has a crisp, refreshing palate, good concentration of grassy, gooseberry and grapefruit citrus flavours typical of the variety. It has a balanced palate of crisp flavours and refreshing acidity with good length of finish. A light bodied crisp aromatic dry white wine. Flavour enhanced with spicy foods and seafood.

Flame Bird 2007 Chardonnay

Flame Bird Chardonnay has a medium bodied fruity palate with a creamy, viscous texture. It is generously flavoured with attractive peachy, melon flavours and has a balanced palate supported with lively acidity with a good length of finish. Delightful with chicken dishes and chocolate.

Flame Bird 2006 Rose

This fruity medium dry Rose wine displays a lively palate showing intense primary fruit characters of light berry, strawberry, raspberry and cherry. A good summer wine.

Flame Bird 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon

Flame Bird Cabernet Sauvignon has a rich flavoursome palate, vibrant dark berry flavours of good intensity with vanilla, cedar and toasted oak characters adding complexity. A balanced palate is supported by fine tannins with a finish of good length. Try it with slow cook beef dishes.

Flame Bird 2008 Sweet Autumn Harvest

Flame Bird Sweet Autumn Harvest has a sweet fruity palate, showing compote of sweet tropical stone fruit flavours with some grassy hints. The balanced acid supports the finish and is in harmony with the fruit leaving a dry finish of good length with fruit flavours lingering.

Flame Bird 2008 Vintage Port

Flame Bird Vintage Port has an elegant palate and is medium bodied showing sweet caramel, raisin and berry flavours. There are some leafy nuances evident. A balanced palate with soft gentle tannins lingering on a warm finish of moderate length.
